Khamir H. Patel

Co-founder & CEO

Khamir Patel is the Founder, President and CEO of KHP Homes. Since early on, Khamir was fascinated by the construction process and had the opportunity to be involved alongside his father on multiple hotel construction and renovation projects in Florida. While his father continued on in the hospitality industry, more specifically operations and day-to-day management, Khamir further developed his interest in construction. Khamir secured his state certified general contractor license and developed the Tampa based construction company, KHP Homes, known for successful development of Residential and commercial properties including large custom homes, hotels, medical offices, and apartment complexes.

Soney R. Goel

Co-founder & COO

Soney Goel brings a wealth of commercial & residential business experience. For over ten (10) years Soney has been involved in all aspects of the development business including day-to-day operations, management and full-scale construction. Most recently, Soney finished a challenging fire-damaged home project in Tampa, Florida. Prior, he managed all construction activities for a retail building project in Lakeland, Florida. Soney has been active in the development of various brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham & Choice flags across the United States.
